Listing & Participation Policy

Listing and or participation on HospitalityHR.com and it associated websites (collectively, "HospitalityHR.com") will be considered for and limited to:

1) those recruiters and recruitment groups (collectively, "recruiter") that specialize in the recruitment of management and executive personnel for the Restaurant and Hospitality industries;

2) those individuals, groups, and or business entities whose products and or service HospitalityHR.com deems to be of possible direct interest and or benefit to our client recruiters, our website visitors/users, or to HospitalityHR.com itself.

To be considered a member of the recruiter class, the recruiter's Restaurant and Hospitality recruitment services must be on an ongoing and continuous basis and constitute a minimum 25% of the recruiter's total gross revenues.

HospitalityHR.com reserves the right to reject any and all listing applications and/or permanently remove, edit, or alter any and all listings at any time at its sole discretion and for any reason or cause. The sole and exclusive liability of HospitalityHR.com for these or any other actions is limited to the return of the unused, prorated portion of any fee(s) or compensation previously received by it from affected recruiter as of date of alteration, removal, or actionable cause. Any and all claims by the affected recruiter for such actions must be made in writing within 30 days of said actions and submitted to HospitalityHR.com's business address by registered mail.

HospitalityHR.com may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. HospitalityHR.com assumes no responsibility for and disclaims all liability for or arising from any such past, present, and future inaccuracies, errors or omissions that have existed in the past, may exist currently, or may come to exist within its websites and/or in any other content, links, or documents referred to within or linked to or from it. All content, prices, specifications, services, product offerings, rules, policies, requirements and terms are subject to change without notice, at any time.

In no event shall HospitalityHR.com be liable or held liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from recruiter's participation on HospitalityHR.com.

By submitting your listing, you are assuming all risks and responsibilities and agree to be bound by all current and future rules, policies, requirements and terms established by HospitalityHR.com. You also agree to accept and be bound by any and all actions and decisions regarding HospitalityHR.com's appearance, operation and management as defined, decided and approved by any and all employees, executives, and or officers of HospitalityHR.com and indemnify all said groups and individuals from any personal, professional, and or economic loss resulting from recruiter's participation on or submission of information to HospitalityHR.com.
